The Partnership Center, Ltd. (PCL) is pleased to announce the creation of the new non-profit entity - the Cincinnati/Hamilton County Continuum of Care for the Homeless, Inc. (CoC, Inc.)  The CoC, Inc. is now responsible for: the annual CoC grant to HUD, the year-round planning and facilitation of the Continuum, the recommendations for allocation of Cincinnati's Emergency Shelter Grant program (ESG), the recommendations for allocation of Cincinnati's Housing for Persons with AIDS program (HOPWA), and the administration and oversight of ESG, HOPWA and Shelter Plus Care on a year-round basis.
