Electronic Signatures in VESTA
PCL is
pleased to announce a new collaboration with CiC to provide electronic signature
solutions in VESTA.
This new
feature will be deployed in VESTA at the beginning of 2012 and will allow
consumers at all agencies to sign their consents electronically, sign forms
required to pick up food at pantries, and sign any other documents the agency
wants stored electronically. In
addition all VESTA user agreements will move electronically to users to complete
and then to agency directors to approve.

CiC, the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, the Hatton Foundation and the United Way
of Greater Cincinnati for investing in technology for our future.
VESTA users
will receive training, tools, and information in the near future.
