The Partnership Center, Ltd. is pleased to provide their Homeless Management Information System software - VESTA^®. The Continuum of Care, Inc., its working groups, researchers, and individual organizations work with the IT Team at the Partnership Center to produce meaningful reports on the homeless population data within VESTA.

Available Reports

The 2009 Annual Homeless Assessment Report was delivered to HUD by the Partnership Center for the Cincinnati/Hamilton County CoC.  A summary of that report is available here.

Homeless to Homes - A comprehensive plan for the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Ohio to ensure homeless single individuals have access to appropriate shelter facilities and comprehensive services which facilitate their movement from shelter to permanent housing.

Homeless to Homes - A Graphical Analysis - A complete graphical summary of all data amassed for Homeless to Homes.

Jail Report - a statistical report matching CoC data on homeless individuals with data from Hamilton County on arrests of homeless individuals from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2008.

The 2008 HMIS Data Report provides information on homelessness in Cincinnati and Hamilton County including: basic demographics, information on homeless families, and information on chronic homelessness.

The 2007 HMIS Data Report provides information on homelessness in Cincinnati and Hamilton County including: basic demographics, information on homeless families, and information on chronic homelessness.

The 2006/2007 Family Shelter Partnership Recidivism Report provides information of episodes of homelessness and the recidivism rate within the family shelters from January, 2006 through December, 2007.

In preperation for the CoC's work on Homeless Individuals, the 2007 Data on Individuals report pulls basic demographic information on persons on the streets (who never came into shelters) and persons sheltered in 2007.
