VESTA History

VESTA was originally developed as a Microsoft Access database used by local family shelters to track their clients and produce reports. The system was expanded into a Microsoft SQL Server / ASP.NET web-based system and launched as an official HMIS system in 2000.

Today, VESTA is used by over 40 agencies in Cincinnati and Hamilton County.  The Information Technology Staff at The Partnership Center, Ltd. customizes, enhances, and maintains VESTA, facilitating its use throughout the community.
